Sakshi Group of Institutions maintains five active statutory committees as mandated by UGC, AICTE, NCTE, PCI, and the Government of India. Each committee meets regularly, maintains records, and ensures every student is treated with dignity and fairness.

The Grievance Cell provides a formal, confidential mechanism for students and staff to report academic, administrative, or personal grievances. All complaints are addressed within 30 working days by the committee. Students can submit grievances in writing or through the designated online form.

Ragging in any form — physical, verbal, mental, or online — is strictly prohibited as per UGC regulations and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India directives. Our Anti-Ragging Committee conducts regular awareness sessions, monitors campus interactions, and takes strict disciplinary action against any confirmed incident. Report any incident immediately.

The Internal Complaints Committee handles complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace as per the POSH Act, 2013. The committee ensures a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all students and staff. All proceedings are strictly confidential.

Zero Tolerance for Ragging

Ragging is a criminal offence under the Prevention, Prohibition and Punishment of Ragging in Educational Institutions Regulations, 2009 (UGC). Any confirmed incident of ragging shall result in immediate suspension and criminal prosecution.
