Maharana Pratap College for Teacher\'s Training was established in 2016 under the Sakshi Group, Kanpur. The college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur.

The 2-year B.Ed programme combines educational theory, subject pedagogy, and 20-week practice teaching to prepare students for careers as TGT/PGT school teachers and to clear CTET/UPTET examinations.
