Student rules and regulations as per NCVT and institute norms.
All enrolled students must adhere to the following rules as per NCVT guidelines and institute discipline norms.
Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory in trade theory and workshop sessions. Students below 85% attendance will not be permitted to appear for NCVT Trade Tests.
Students must wear proper trade-appropriate dress and safety equipment in all workshop sessions. Improper use of machinery without supervision is strictly prohibited.
NCVT trade tests are conducted by government-appointed examiners. All students must appear for practical and theory trade tests as scheduled by NCVT/DGT.
Mobile phones are not permitted in workshops during practical training sessions for safety reasons.
Institute ID card must be carried and displayed at all times on campus. Loss of ID card must be reported immediately.
Ragging, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind will result in immediate disciplinary action as per institute and NCVT rules.
Trade-related assignments, project work, and workshop records must be submitted on time. Incomplete records will not be accepted for NCVT evaluation.
All students must follow workshop safety protocols — use of PPE, correct tool handling, and machine operation only under instructor supervision.
